Retro-commissioning

Retro-commissioning is essentially giving your facility a "tune up" so that it operates more efficiently. Retro-commissioning is very cost effective because it is not about replacing equipment you already have in place but moreso about tuning up that equipment so it is performing the way that it should be. Think of retro-commissioning the way you would think of getting a tune up on your car—every so often, you have to change the spark plugs or break pads. The same is true of a building. After 10 years of operating, it will require some maintenance.

These specialists will walk through your facility with a punch out list, fixing items as they go. Clients will receive a report indicating what they found, what they fixed and what may still need attention.
